Prepared just as it would be in your own kitchen with organic ingredients, the stock begins with a classic mirepoix of carrots, onion and celery gently simmered with the rich flavors of tomatoes, garlic and rosemary. Combined with water, one jar makes a gallon of rich stock, or you can prepare smaller quantities as needed.
