Inspired by the legendary flavors of Kansas City and Texas-style barbecue, our starter makes it quick and easy to enjoy chicken with authentic, slow-smoked character. We slow-simmer our sauce in small batches, blending vine-ripened tomatoes, molasses and a splash of apple cider vinegar with smoky chilies, garlic and peppery spices. Just combine the sauce with chicken in a slow cooker or Dutch oven, and serve on freshly baked buns.
