There are as many local versions of paella as there are Spanish cooks, but everyone seems to agree on one essential ingredient – golden, saffron-infused rice. Inspired by classic regional recipes, our organic blend combines tender arborio rice with aromatic saffron, highlighted by garlic, chiles and herbs. Just mix the rice and seasonings with water, add sautéed chicken and vegetables, then bake it in the oven for the perfect paella.
