Enjoy classic Mexican-style flavors. Inspired by our customers' all-time favorite recipes, our Test Kitchen chefs developed this time-saving rice bowl starter especially for the Instant Pot. It combines rice, black beans and corn with sweet bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. We highlight the earthy flavors with our own blend of savory garlic, smoky spices and a dash of tangy lime. Just combine the starter with water, then pressure cook on low for 12 minutes. Serve the Mexican rice bowl as a side dish – or enjoy it on its own as a vegetarian entrée.
