Month 1, Olio Santo Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- In ancient times, olio santo (the "sacred oil" that represented the best of the olive harvest) was reserved for use in religious ceremonies. Today, the term identifies this award-winning extra-virgin olive oil from California's Napa Valley. Use it for everything from salad dressings and sauces to making your own flavor infusions.
Month 2, Frantoio Muraglia Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Striped
- Produced in Northern Apulia from Peranzana olives, Muraglia's award-winning olive oil is cold pressed using traditional granite grindstones for perfect structure and balance. The result is a robust, medium-fruity green oil whose peppery flavor offers notes of artichoke and fennel, equally delicious for cooking and finishing.
Month 3, Garlic Olio Santo Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Made by Stonehouse, an award-winning, woman-owned artisanal purveyor in Northern California, this robust oil is made from the finest extra-virgin olive oil. Blended with both fresh and roasted garlic oils, it has a complex flavor that's ideal for cooking and finishing.
Month 4, Williams Sonoma House Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Smooth and subtle, with the mild, buttery flavor of 100% California-grown late-harvest Arbequina olives, our house oil is the perfect everyday olive oil for making salad dressings and marinades, as well as for roasting, baking, finishing and drizzling.
Month 5, Organic Ravida Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- This award-winning organic oil is produced by the Ravida family on their estate in Menfi, Sicily, using fruit from 300-year-old wild olive trees. Cold-pressed within eight hours of hand picking, the distinctive blend of unfiltered Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara olive oils brims with the aromas and flavor notes of green grass, tomato and almonds.
Month 6, Williams Sonoma Infused Oil Gift Set
- Enhance your favorite recipes with four of our award-winning infused oils, which pair fruity California arbequina extra-virgin olive oil with flavorful basil, garlic, blood orange and white truffle oils. Each artisanal oil is handcrafted by a small, family-owned company in Northern California's agricultural heartland.
Month 7, Lungarotti Oil
- This award-winning olive oil is cold extracted from Frantoio, Leccino and Moariolo olives harvested from the hillsides surrounding Torgiano, in the heart of the rustic and beautiful Umbria region of Italy.
Month 8, Williams Sonoma Italian House Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- To give our Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil its vibrant character, we rely on a custom blend of local Frantoio and Leccino olives. Early-harvest olives imbue the golden green oil with a fresh grassy aroma, fruity olive flavor and a bold peppery finish.
Month 9, Olivier Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Sweet and nutty with hints of almond and melon, this versatile olive oil is cold pressed from Arbequina olives grown in California's Napa Valley. Its bright, fruity flavor makes it ideal for marinades, salad dressings, sautéing and sauces. Drizzle it on risotto or pizza or use it for dipping with fresh, crusty bread.
Month 10, Nicolas Alziari Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- This exceptional extra-virgin olive oil is crafted for us at Moulin Alziari, a historic mill in Nice, France, where artisans use ancestral techniques that originated nearly 2,000 years ago. They cold press a custom blend of the finest ripe Mediterranean black olives within 12 hours of harvest, yielding a velvety, full-bodied oil with delicate overtones of hazelnut and almond.
Month 11, Williams Sonoma Bold & Peppery House Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- To give our California extra-virgin olive oil its robust character, our signature blend showcases the historic Manzanillo variety – famous for its intense olive flavor. We've rounded out the blend with the buttery oil of Arbequina olives, balancing the flavors and providing a harmonious pepper finish.
Month 12, Potamia Greek Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in Box
- The olives for this exceptionally fine olive oil are grown in a single grove in Messenia, a small region in Greece known for its quality olive oil since the 13th century. Because the olives are handpicked from one grove, where the trees are the exact same age and the soil doesn't vary, the oil is extraordinarily consistent in taste and structure. Deep green in color with a soft body, the cold-extracted, unfiltered oil is distinguished by delicate notes of freshly cut grass and chamomile.
