This exceptionally fine olive oil is grown from a single grove in Messenia, a small region in Greece known for its quality olive oil since the 13th century. Because olives are handpicked from one grove—where the trees are the exact same age and the soil is not varied—the oil is extraordinarily consistent in taste and structure. Deep green in color with a soft body, it has delicate notes of freshly cut grass and chamomile. Showcasing a proud artisanal tradition, this premium oil is cold extracted and unfiltered to maintain its full flavor and nutritions.
