Our organic blend is inspired by the natural botanical seasonings Pacific Northwest Indians once used to prepare salmon for ceremonial feasts. For centuries, cooks would season the fresh-caught fillets with wild herbs, then grill the fish over a crackling driftwood fire on the beach. Designed to help you re-create these rich, smoky flavors at home, our seasoning blend is great for sprinkling over everything from seafood and vegetables to chicken, ribs and pork.
