This ingenious screen protects stoves and countertops from splatters, and folds up neatly when not in use. Sized to fit over most pots and pans, it's made of heat-resistant silicone that's easy to wipe clean or toss in the dishwasher. Small perforations allow steam to escape during the cooking process, so food won't get soggy.
