Over 100 years ago, Willem Bos started making tools for cheese farmers at his home near Gouda in the western Netherlands. Since then, family-owned Boska Holland has become the preeminent specialist in cheese tools. This set pairs a solid European oak serving board with three award-winning stainless-steel knives.
- Set includes board and 3 cheese knives.
- Board is carved of solid European oak.
- Handle of board features Boska-stamped logo plus hole and leather loop for hanging.
- Each knife has specially designed stainless-steel blade with quilted pattern: semi-firm cheese knife has holes in blade that prevent sticking; soft cheese knife has long, thin blade for quick release; firm cheese knife is best for portioning hard cheese.
- Natural variations in color and pattern make each board unique.
