Matt Kreutz got his first bakery job at 14 and three decades later, he's as passionate about baking as ever. Firebrand Artisan Breads – the bakery he founded in 2008 in Oakland, California – is renowned for bread and pastries that are made by hand using simple, classic ingredients. Firebrand's signature cookies are the stuff of legend and now, you can savor them at home with this frozen dough. The peanut butter–chocolate cookie dough balls are ready to bake, so just pop one or a dozen in the oven and enjoy.
