Founder Leah Ferrazzani traveled to Italy to learn how to make flavorful pasta and master the art of drying it. Crafted simply with 100% organic semolina and water, her pasta is slow-dried for a slightly nutty, wheat-like flavor. This trio includes bell-shaped campanelle, scroll-shaped strozzapreti and ribbon-like reginetti. Each type of pasta has a porous surface that helps capture your favorite sauce.
