Chicken stock provides a light and flavorful foundation for a range of savory preparations. We use it in everything from soups, gravies and stews to sauces, risotto, and polenta. Our premium stock—made from organically raised chickens—is prepared just as it would be in your own kitchen – with meaty chicken bones, aromatic vegetables and seasonings gently simmered to capture their pure flavors. Combined with water, one jar makes a gallon of rich stock, or you can prepare smaller quantities as needed.
