Lerida, in the verdant landscape of Catalonia, in the northeast of Spain, is home to the fourth-generation estate farms of Señor Vea. The areas climate is perfect for the region's famed arbequiña olives, which produce this bright gold oil. Made from the first cold pressings of the olives, this oil has a bright, fruity character with a slightly nutty finish. Its low acidity makes it excellent served with Spanish cheeses like Manchego, drizzled over salads or used as a finishing oil over cooked vegetables.
