Crafted of fine Burgundian clay, this Emile Henry breadbox creates an environment that balances humidity for bread to maintain a soft interior and crusty crust. It's large enough to allow for air circulation and small enough to fit neatly on a countertop. The wooden lid, smooth on the top, is grooved on the cutting side for collecting crumbs when slicing bread.
- Handcrafted of Burgundian clay with glossy finish.
- Lid is made of beech wood.
- Bottom of lid can also be used as cutting board.
