For budding baristas interested in perfecting their pour-over coffee know-how and technique, the Hamilton Beach Convenient Craft Automatic or Manual Pour-Over Coffee Maker allows you to choose between automated brewing – perfect when you're short on time – and a traditional method that offers more control. With options to set the bloom cycle, as well as the brewing temperature and strength, you can have your coffee to your exact preference, whichever brew method you choose. An intuitive display guides you through the steps – telling you how much water and coffee to add based on the strength setting and number of cups you're making – while an integrated scale counts down as you add coffee grounds, taking the guesswork out of coffee brewing to give precise coffee/water ratios for full, rich flavor every time.
