Inspired by the velvety hot chocolate served in Parisian cafés, we combined the flavor of full-bodied espresso with delicate flakes of artisanal semisweet and bittersweet chocolate that melt luxuriously into hot milk. The chocolate is crafted for us by Guittard, expert San Francisco chocolate makers since the 19th century.
