Suggested Uses/Why We Love It: For a refreshing twist on classic margaritas, we blend lime juice with prickly pear cactus – a classic in Mexican cuisine and cocktails. A dash of pure cane sugar adds just enough sweetness to balance the tart lime and enhance the prickly pear's notes of ripe melon. Add tequila and try it frozen or on the rocks, or mix it with sparkling water to create a delicious mocktail.

Ingredients: Water, cane sugar, prickly pear concentrate, lime juice concentrate, natural flavor.
Instructions: Add tequila to create the perfect margarita – on the rocks, blended or straight up – or sparkling water for a delicious nonalcoholic refresher.
On the Rocks: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 1/4 cups (310ml) margarita mixer, 1/2 cup (125ml) tequila and ice. Shake or stir well. Strain into ice-filled glasses (makes 4 servings).
Blended: In a blender, combine 1 cup (250ml) margarita mixer, 1/2 cup (125ml) tequila and 2 cups (250g) ice. Process until smooth, approx. 30 seconds. Pour into glasses (makes 4 servings).
Virgin Margaritas: For both rocks and blended variations, substitute 1/2 cup (125ml) sparkling water for tequila and prepare as instructed above.
Use & Care: Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.
