Made from fresh apple cider, hard cider is a deliciously tart, dry (and gluten-free) treat. This kit from Brooklyn Brew Shop lets you craft three batches of hard apple cider in your own home. Clear directions take you through the fermentation process (it's easier than beer brewing), and in four weeks your home-brewed hard cider will be ready for drinking and sharing.
