Sweet heat is a culinary signature of Southern barbecue chefs, who love pairing ripe fruits with hot peppers to create savory sauces. Inspired by this down-home tradition, we highlight the natural sweetness of fresh peaches by simmering them with ketchup, brown sugar and mellow roasted garlic. Jalapeños add just enough spicy heat. Partner our sauce with everything from ribs, burgers and steaks to chicken and seafood.
