These barrels are handmade from new American White Oak and are the perfect vessel for serving your craft or barrel-aged beverage. The oak is aged 18 to 24 months outdoors and finished in a kiln for 3-5 days. Barrels have a medium char on both the staves and heads. Slight variations in volume will occur due to the thickness and density of our new wood staves. Color and movement in the wood will also vary barrel to barrel. Barrel comes with a bung, spigot, stand and chalk.
