At the Ruffoni family workshop in the Italian Alps, master coppersmiths craft this gratin pan from a single sheet of solid copper, hammering it by hand for enhanced strength and lasting beauty. The copper construction provides superior heat conductivity while the tin-lined interior ensures safety and durability. The lid is topped with a magnificent bronze stag – a Williams Sonoma exclusive. A stunning choice for special occasions and holiday feasts, the versatile oval pan is ideal for baking gratins or roasting vegetables and bringing them to the table for serving.
